First Post

This Monday, I am headed to Germany for a semester abroad! I'm hoping to use this site as a way to keep anyone that's interested updated about my travels. I had a blog for my Mozambique trip which I was not good at keeping current, but I'm hoping that since I have my laptop and better access to wifi (hopefully) on this trip, I'll be able to post more often!

I am studying in a town called Vallendar at a Private Business school called WHU (which stands for German words that translate to Scientific School of Management). Vallendar is a small town located on the Rhine River in western Germany. The closest big cities are Frankfurt and Cologne. The program that I am doing is an exchange program through the University of Arkansas, Sam M. Walton College of Business. While I am there I will be taking business classes.

I am so excited to start this new chapter of my life and I will try to keep this blog updated with posts and pictures as much as possible!
